This week's agenda will include:
1. Review of the sponsor letter that will be sent out. How did we send out the letters last time?
2. Review of the festival planning timeline again, to make sure we don't miss anything
3. Review of the games booth - what are we going to keep; etc.
4. If time permits, garage tour
5. Discussion on entertainment
