1. Sponsorship
Regarding Century 21-Westworld's request to sponsor a booth. Given that the firm wanted to provide their own prizes and game, the festival committee recommended that the firm and possibly 4 other vendors can be located at Marron Hall. This is going to be on a trial basis. Also, the fee would be setup at $350 for 3 days.
Discussion also centered around the many levels of sponsorship. Brian Cruelle would provide Cecile with information about the banner sizes for each sponsorship.
