Meeting rescheduled to Thursday, 12 April 7pm

It just shows you how many of us are truly devout Catholics. I got numerous feedback from the planning committee members that the Last Supper Mass will also be held at 7pm this week.

Cynthia will be giving a presentation on procedures for ordering supplies. She will also provide a tour of the garage. The presentation should help in our festival planning efforts as folks look for donations.

Logistics Planning - Discussion on electrical challenges that we have had in the past. Does anyone know a Catholic school parent who has expertise in this area? In the past a number of the food booths have been challenged with using various electrical appliances in their booths and the limitations of electrical output of our older buildings. This is just something folks need to be aware of and we can discuss more at our meeting.

Permits - Have we secured all necessary permits yet?
