What's New - Week of 9/3

1. Festival planning meeting is scheduled for this coming Thursday, September 6 in the Ministry Center at 7pm.
2. We added a new dance number for Sunday afternoon - Steps of Gold Dance company - www.stepsofgolddance.com They have Beatitudes Students performing, so make sure you come out to support them!
3. School parents - you received 2 books of raffle tickets to help sell. As an added incentive, you will get fundraising credit dollar for dollar with every raffle ticket you sell. Please return the raffle ticket stubs along with a check made out to Beatitudes Festival to the school office, Attention: Donna Kulleck. In order to receive credit, you must return the raffle ticket stubs and payment 1 week prior to the festival.
4. We need the following items donated for the General Store Booth. We need from 40-50 of each items donated:

Please choose from one or more of the following groups of items listed below. Please be generous, as any extra donations will be graciously accepted.

(2) Packages of Napkins and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Boxes of Kitchen Trash bags and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Boxes of Kleenex and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Rolls of Paper Towels individually wrapped and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Rolls of plastic wrap and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Packages of Napkins and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Packages of Paper Plates and (2) non-perishable items
(2) Boxes of Plastic Sandwich bags and (2) non-perishable items

Some suggested non-perishable items that are needed:

Boxed Cereal Can Goods of any kind Cake Mixes
Packaged Soup Boxed Rice Spices
Sugar Boxed Stuffing Instant Box Potatoes
Flour Boxed Jello/Puddings Soap
Coffee/Tea Dry Packaged Beans Juice/Soda

Bags of items should be returned before September 18, 2007. Items can be left at the back of the Church, or at the School. We would appreciate all items be brought to us in paper bags. Please label your bag: General Store Booth, Beatitudes Festival.Please remember, any items left at the end of the Festival will go to the Good Sam Pantry.

Our Silent Auction and special raffle prizes are really slim pickings right now. We need more folks to donate items that can be used as special raffle prizes and if we want to have a silent auction, more items must be available.

White elephant items must be dropped off before September 18, 2007. They can be left at the back of the church after every Sunday mass or at the school. Please label your bag: White Elephant, Beatitudes Festival.
