Meeting Minutes, 7/26

Attendees: Michelle Viele, Cecile Guerra, Victor Globa, Sam Karaba, Jackie Teepen, Ed DiPinto, Cynthia Klement, Brian Cruelle, Desiree Beyea

Meeting started promptly at 7:00 pm

Action Items:
Jackie will contact Amazing Tents and Events
Brian C will be getting the food tickets, ride tickets and game tickets from our supplier

Decisions Made:
Due to lack of volunteers to captain the Mexican booth, we will be looking to our contacts with the food industry for options.

List of Games for the festival:
Cola Toss - to be captained and managed by the Girl Scouts (Nancy Mejia)
Dip Bowling - to be captained and managed by the Lecterns, Brian C will contact
Duck Race
Fast Pitch
General Store
Gold Fish
Golf Putting Green - Altar Servers, Brian C will contact Gene Gleason
Grab Bag - Brian C will contact Eric Stiegler, Boy Scouts
Guitar Hero - Desiree will look into options for this game

Water Wars - be captained and managed by Desiree's family

We need volunteers after mass on Sunday, August 5th to sign up volunteers for the festival
On Saturday, August 4th - Cynthia and Joseph will do an inventory of the garage
We need to ask Rose B if contact has been made with the Fire Department for inspection
Still need to acquire health and liquor permits
